Required Ingredients

- 1/4 kg of lentils
- Onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Chopped parsley and coriander
- 4 cloves garlic
- Laurel

- One teaspoon: pepper, ginger, cumin, turmeric and paprika

Making the sauce
- Cut the tomatoes and onion into small pieces
- In a saucepan, put the pieces of onion and tomatoes with coriander, parsley, chopped garlic, and oil.
- Add a teaspoon of each spice
- Mix everything and set it on fire.
- Soak the lentils in hot water 30 minutes before.
- As soon as the sauce is cooked, add the lentils and mix them all.
- Cook for half an hour or more, depending on whether the lentils are cooked or not.
- Add water from time to time if the lentils get dry.
