Grilling or basking sweet peppers
  • To easily remove the skin, you can grill the sweet peppers by setting them on fire, or you can use an oven.
Peeling tomatoes and sweet peppers
  • Peel the tomatoes, take out the seeds, and chop them into cubes.
  • If you are using an onion, peel it and cut it into small pieces (onions are optional).
  • Peel the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Put everything in a pan.
  • Add 3 table spoons of olive or sunflower oil, coriander, and a teaspoon of each of the aforementioned spices to the mixture.
