Required Ingredients

- 4 tomatos
- 1 onion

- Salt and pepper
- Cumin

- To easily remove the skin, you can grill the sweet peppers by setting them on fire, or you can use an oven.
- Peel the tomatoes, take out the seeds, and chop them into cubes.
- If you are using an onion, peel it and cut it into small pieces (onions are optional).
- Peel the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Put everything in a pan.
- Add 3 table spoons of olive or sunflower oil, coriander, and a teaspoon of each of the aforementioned spices to the mixture.
- Put it on low heat without stirring.
- After a few minutes, stir it and leave it on fire until it is done.
