Fresh broad beans salad

Required Ingredients

- 500g of broad beans
- 2 tablespoons of lemon jus
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 small bunch of parsley and chopped coriander
- 1 table spoon of cumin
- 1 table spoon of sweet paprika
- 1 table spoon of turmeric
- olive oil
- 2 table spoons of sunflower oil
- Salt , pepper and water
Cooking Instructions
Check the box for each step you have done
- Peel the beans and place them in a pot.
- Add the spices above, coriander, garlic, two spoons of lemon juice, and oils (sunflower and olive oil).
- Cover the beans with water.
- Cover and cook the beans over low heat.
- Check the beans from time to time to see if they are cooked.
- Once the beans are cooked and the sauce is reduced, your beans are ready to be served.
