Fresh broad beans salad

  • Cooking time : ~45 minutes
Required Ingredients
Check the box for each ingredient you have
  • 500g of broad beans
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon jus
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 small bunch of parsley and chopped coriander
  • 1 table spoon of cumin
  • 1 table spoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 table spoon of turmeric
  • olive oil
  • 2 table spoons of sunflower oil
  • Salt , pepper and water
Cooking Instructions
Check the box for each step you have done
  • Peel the beans and place them in a pot.
  • Add the spices above, coriander, garlic, two spoons of lemon juice, and oils (sunflower and olive oil).
  • Cover the beans with water.
  • Cover and cook the beans over low heat.
  • Check the beans from time to time to see if they are cooked.
  • Once the beans are cooked and the sauce is reduced, your beans are ready to be served.
